If we feel grateful for something, it is that we were born in Greece, in this unique country that generously offers its hidden treasures in every location.
We visited Lavkos at Pelion for the baptism of Konstantina, a village that stole our hearts from the first time we visited it.
The baptism took place in the Holy Church of the Nativity of Theotokos, which is the main church of the village and is connected to the village square by the same courtyard, a courtyard that was flooded with hugs, smiles and wishes for a happy life for the newly baptized Konstantina!
The main source of inspiration for us, were the colours that adorn the front of the church and were the ones with which we made sure to frame the baptism, because in this way we would ensure harmony and balance in all the elements of the baptism.
We wanted to create a day of joy, in perfect harmony with the space we were in, paying special attention to the natural flowers as well as each small but special detail. Special details could be seen in the handmade christening package we created for Konstantina, as well as the unique christening accessories.
Traditional loukoumia and cool refreshment drinks were enjoyed by the guests outside the church and a candy table with various themed treats was created in the traditional tavern that hosted the meal for the guests.
Wonderful surprises awaited the young guests, with gardening tools and seeds delighting young and old alike.
The lunch was hosted by a traditional tavern in the village square, where guests had the opportunity to share happy moments, have a meal together and receive as souvenirs, coasters made of cement mortar, in the colours of the decoration.
A day of joy, freshness and peace of mind we had the opportunity to enjoy all of us who visited Lavkos at Pelion, a village that we would highly recommend everyone to visit.
